John F. Eubank was an American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at San Diego State University in 1942, compiling a record of 0–6–1. Eubank played college football as Washington State College—now known as Washington State University—where he was nicknamed the "Golden Toe" for his kicking. His 47-yard field goal against UCLA was the nation's longest kick in 1932.
